I can help you as I am an advanced joomla user,.

but your first issue is that you did all you text in word

this type of code is not acceptible for the search engines,

look on your main back of the botom link in your post and you will se lines like this
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">

this is not compliant code.

you also need to install a component like Artio or SH404 for mod rewrites, and a plugin called joomSEO for creating meta tags and titles. Joomla out of the box is not good for the search engines. The SEF setup is only for creating better URLS, it has nothing to do with optimizing your site.

SO..

you need to clean up you content code
you need to install the SEO programs
you need to make sure every page has its own unique set of titles and meta tags
