Despite Yahoo's attempts to explain the sitematch program there are still a lot of unanswered questions. Yahoo reps on the forums seemed hard core sales guys. They have targets to meet so they are trying to push the program. We need a Yahoo rep on these forums who can actually understand people's concerns, answer them and have the willingness to modify the program's implementation if need be.
Yahoo claims that their primary goal is to discover and include all content on the web through their free web crawling process. Forcing Ink PFI customers to join the site match I believe is contrary to the above claim.
Yahoo company representative also said that site match would be useful to those who wish a faster refresh, have content that is difficult to find, and so on. I don't know what led Yahoo to believe that all subscribers of Ink PFI want faster refreshes, and have content that is difficult to find and so on.
In my opinion the Ink PFI and Site match are 2 different programs and should not be connected. Site match has its advantages and would be successful ONLY IF it is sold to those who would value the advantages. Forcing the program on Ink PFI subscribers would be a mistake and I hope Yahoo realizes this before April 15.

Surely, if content is not difficult to find - then SiteMatch should not be needed - even if you are in INK PFI.
I'm not migrating a single INK PFI site to SiteMatch. I don't see the point. I can already see loads of pages from sites with some PFI appearing in Yahoo results, so logic indicates the pages in PFI are probably going to show up fine through the natural crawl.
What happens after April 15th is the acid test, IMO - not what is happening now.

I would like to add:
That if they didn´t use "no refundable fee" more small sites, would maybe submit for inclusion in directory or PFI.
Really for me it´s to much money, especially if you don´t have any guarantee.
I would advice, an small fee for revision, and if accepted you pay the total fee.
But supose you already had compalints about that.
