Any advice appreciated:
I was considering getting one of my new websites into Yahoo via content match.
However I don't know whether it can rank well from the start, because it has no incoming links.
I know content is king with Yahoo, but can a website with no incoming links really get a decent ranking?
If not, then the fast inclusion into the results seems a bit pointless, becuase I won't obtain ranking anyway without the links - which will take time, so I may as well wait for natural listings.
Can anyone offer some guidance?

You need to have incoming links. Trying to rank a site without incoming links is pointless. All search engines use links to determine the position of your site, they use different methods to do that, but they all do it.
