When submitting a new site to Yahoo should you submit each web page individually or is just submitting the index page good enough?

I am having a problem getting my back pages indexed and was just wondering if this would help.

jsdist - using site:yourdomainnamehere.com, Yahoo shows 37 pages of your site indexed. you really only need to submit your homepage... but really the best strategy is to let their crawler find you via links from other sites.

you do have a site map so you are on the right path

The best method is to get other sites to link to your sites that are getting crawled by Yahoo to link to your website. That will help get your site to be visited by the Yahoo Spider.

Submitting your site is good but getting other sites to link to you is much better.
