ummm, please don't multi-post the same thing.

DMOZ I find is more trickier than the search engines, it can take up to 9 months (probably longer) to get listed, and they don't even say if you've been denied/uploaded.

I'd say do one of two things.

1. Give up and pay to be in Yahoo's directory if not already

2. Follow DMOZ's guidelines to the pixel and try again.

I would just walk away from it. You have said you have submitted many times - this is against the DMOZ guidelines which say "Please only submit a URL to the Open Directory once." So it's probably too late already. But I wouldn't fret over it - DMOZ isnt a major player any more - the number of editors is declining and if you are hoping for a boost with Google, there are other things you can do to improve that. I think it is only a matter of time before it follows the likes of Zeal...

Dudibob's suggesion about the Yahoo directory is probably your best bet now.

Sorry if this is not what you want to hear - but that's life. sad

Let this be a lesson to all people trying to get into ANY directory - READ THE RULES FIRST.

It's human eyes, with human biases, that review dmoz. I used to review for them, so I know. You might try to get the attention of an editor, but don't overdo it because if it riles up an editor, you just get ignored in the future. Best to move on and try other directories, like yahoo, for example.
