Hello all,
Can anyone suggest me guidelines to list my website in Lycos & DMOZ?

to submit to DMOZ, find a category where your site fits and submit. Follow there guidelines very closely because there extremely strict and only submit once. Wait about 9 months and check back to see if you've been listed.
Lycos... do you mean there search engine or directory (if they have one)
