I have just launched one new informational resource site in Microbiology Topics and i suggested my site to Yahoo directory

Now i am having some doub't that, having Google's adsense in the site will treated as commercial site and disqualify from inclusion ?

Thanks in advance

It's possible. If you want to be sure to get it into the directory you could always pay for a review and remove the adsense until the review is done. Without paying you really will never know if yahoo even reviewed the site and because of that you will have no idea if adsense made any difference or not.
