My website is indexed by yahoo but I can't find it in result pages.
What should be optimized specifically to get better place in the result pages of yahoo search?

Thanks,

What you'll need is more links to the website from other websites; include the anchor text in links that describe your site; the anchor text should reflect the search terms that you want to be "found for" in the results.

Thank you.

Does it mean that all my inbound links without an anchor text are waste?

No, in fact it's good to have a mix of links, some with and some without.
