Hi everyone, I have been trying to contact Yahoo to find out if my website has a penalty, I tried over the phone and through more email addresses than I can remember.

I only get automated responses from my emails, and on the phone they keep telling me they don't have phone support for Search Engine.

Have you ever been able to get an email answered by a human, what email address did you use?

Thanks

They are the worst I have ever dealt with as well. Welcome to the club!

Their support may be the worst. But it's not their job to answer your question. So imo, it's not their fault if they choose not to answer it.
