Hi all,
I have a wedding site which we are looking to sell. The reason for selling the site is that we have a bigger project which is simply taking up all our time, and we would probabaly not be able to work on the site for another 6-8 months.
The site has been fully developed with content and a members section to the site, which has been developed in MSSQL and ASP. We have not yet started activly gaining links or advertising the site.
The site has good earning potential for those who are willing to put the work inplace to gain advertisers and to create new weekly articles and content. The wedding industry is a huge potential to make good revenue through a web site, as weddings are usually large and expensive.
We are looking for someone who sees the full potential of the site and recognizes the hard work which has been put in place to create the site to it's current point.

5. Google Incoming links:21 Yahoo Links: 274
4. Earnings: At this stage the site is earning approximately $60-70 per month on googl adsense
5. The site has a developed members section in ASP with a MS SQL server.
6. Members tools include: guest list manager, budget manager, vendor manager, task list and members articles.
7. Current Member base 373, with an average of 4 new members per day over the last month
8. Current page views is about 500 per day

We have decided that we will put our asking price on at $10,000 including everything, MSSQL Database and the existing site and content.
