Does anybody here have experience targeting China with AdWords?

I would like to know whether I need to get transaltions done for ad text.

I can't really see the point on advertising in English, but am happy to be educated.

Off course have you adwords translated into Chinese...
You might want to go for Baidu instead of Google since it is the chinese leading search engine

I have looked at Baidu but cannot find any info on advertising.

I clicked the "about" link and contacted them. It's a waiting game I guess.

baidu and alibaba the chinese search engines arent so cheap to advertise with , i dont know about if they got any PPC though.
